Terms of use

Last updated: 4 November 2026. These terms cover your use of this pre-launch website and the CV Motion waitlist. CV Motion is run by Antony Murray in the United Kingdom.

1. Pre-launch service

CV Motion is not yet available to buy. This website describes a service we're developing so that we can understand demand. Features, styles, timings and prices may change before launch, and we may decide not to launch.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't create a contract to buy or supply anything. Saying you'd pre-order is not a commitment, and we won't ask for payment through this website. If we later offer pre-orders or sales, they'll be covered by separate terms, which you'll see before you pay, including your cancellation rights under UK consumer law.

3. Prices

Prices shown are planned launch prices in pounds sterling. They're indicative only and may change before launch.

4. Example video

The sample video features a fictional candidate, James Williams. His name, experience, skills and contact details are invented for demonstration, and any resemblance to a real person is unintended. The video was produced with AI-generated imagery, AI narration and original music.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the website or its forms, including submitting other people's details without permission, automated or bulk submissions, or attempts to interfere with the site.

6. Intellectual property

The CV Motion name, website content, sample video and images belong to CV Motion or are used with permission. You may share links to this website, but please don't copy or reuse the content without permission.

7. Liability

The website is provided as it is during pre-launch. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

8. Privacy

Our privacy notice explains how we handle your personal data.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

10. Contact

Use the contact form for any questions about these terms.
